There will be an informal Batting Cages Planning meeting at the St. Luke's Sports and Events Center's Community Room on Tuesday, August 10, at 6:00 p.m.

All interested parties are welcome.

The agenda will be the advancement of these topics: 1.) A site plan which includes location, size, material, etc.; 2.) A rough cost estimate and a rough outline of fundraising; and 3.) A proposal which would include who would do the work and maintenance.

It is our goal to get the cages constructed before winter. Our first step is to get these three topics answered in a plan to present to the City of Proctor for approval.
