06/28/2022 - Four Rails on All-Section Team

The Minnesota State High School Baseball Coaches Association has released the 2022 All-Section 7AA Team. Four Proctor players, Sam Johnson, Tanner Olson, Kennan Reyelts, and Nick Terhaar, were selected.

Johnson, who played right field and left field, led the Rails in batting (.471), on-base percentage (.544), and hits (32). He also tied for the team lead in runs scored (19) and doubles (8). He contributed 14 RBI and 10 stolen bases with a .618 slugging percentage.

Olson, Proctor's catcher, led the Rails in triples (5), home runs (2), RBI (18), and slugging (.753). He tied for the team lead in doubles (8) and had 15 runs scored, 31 hits, 5 stolen bases, and a .425 batting average.

Reyelts (5-0 W-L, 1.45 ERA) led Proctor in ERA and innings pitched (38.2), and tied for the team lead in wins.

Terhaar (5-2, 2.80 ERA) tied Reyelts for wins. He led Proctor with 46 strikeouts in 35.0 innings pitched.

Johnson, Olson, and Reyelts were seniors in 2022. Terhaar was in ninth grade.
