Proctor scored in every inning Thursday to record an 11-1 home win over Silver Bay. Winning pitcher Mike Grover threw a two-hitter at the Mariners. Tim Norton was 2-for-3 at the plate for the Rails, both doubles. He also scored three runs. Proctor is now 5-2.
