Kindgren fans 14 in Proctor triumph

Chris Kindgren pitched six innings for the Rails, giving up five hits and sriking out 14 batters to lead Proctor to a 7-1 Lake Superior Conference high school baseball victory Tuesday over Duluth Central.

Jeff Buetow had two hits and three runs batted in. Rick LaLonde had two hits, scored two runs and batted one run in, and Craig Peterson had two hits and scored two runs for Proctor.

It was the first game of the season for both teams.
