Senior pitcher Shawn Carlson threw a five-hitter with seven strikeouts and added two hits to lead the Agates to the home win.

Junior Joe Tofte had a two-run homer and three RBIs as Two Harbors (1-1) had 12 hits, two each by John Dover and Andy Morsette.

Jake Vanderscheuren was the starting pitcher, with Ryan Walsh checking in late in the game as the closer. Scott Wojtysiak, Kyle Lindstrom, Brayden Ward, and Andy Anderson all had hits.
