PROCTOR -- International Falls defeated Proctor, 6-3, in a non-conference baseball game here on Saturday, May 8.

Winning pitcher Joe Talmage allowed one run on three hits and two walks with three strikeouts in five innings.

International Falls plated three runs in the top of the first inning on an RBI double by Tucker Hell and two run-scoring wild pitches.

Proctor answered with one run in the first on an RBI double by Kennan Reyelts.

The Broncos took a 4-1 lead in the third on two hits and an error and they scored another run in the fourth on a walk, a stolen base, and an error.

International Falls scored its final run in the sixth on two hits and an error.

Proctor mounted a rally in the sixth by scoring two runs, one on an RBI single by AJ Reyelts and another on an RBI groundout by Josh Monreal.

Carson Pavlowich took the loss in his varsity pitching debut. He allowed five runs (three earned) on five hits and three walks with two strikeouts in four innings.

Proctor, 5-5, is next at Wade Stadium on Tuesday, May 11, for a 7:30 p.m. tilt against Duluth Marshall.
