Jimmy Merling, Jack Nikko, and Paul Hegstrom will represent Proctor on the South team in the 2013 Arrowhead All-Star Game in Nashwauk on Sunday, June 23. The Arrowhead All-Star Game features players from Section 7A and Section 7AA. Game time is 6:00 p.m. at the Nashwauk-Keewatin High School Field.

Merling (OF-P) was an All-Lake Superior Conference First Team selection in 2013. He batted .322 and led the Rails in runs, doubles, triples, and stolen bases in 2013. He is Proctor's all-time leader in career games, plate appearances, at bats, runs, hits, and stolen bases.

Nikko (P-OF) was 4-3 with a 1.45 ERA in 2013. He led the Rails in wins, pitching appearances, games started, innings pitched, and strikeouts. He batted .286.

Hegstrom (3B-1B-P) was an All-Lake Superior Conference Second Team selection in 2013. He batted .298 and led the Rails in RBIs in 2013. He was 2-1 with a 3.91 ERA.

North Woods High School's Dan Pellinen, recently drafted by Cleveland in the 40th round of the 2013 MLB Amateur Draft, is a member of the North team. The South team features two players from Hermantown, the Section 7AA champion, and three players from Floodwood, the Section 7A champion.
