Dale D. Erickson, 36, of 4316 W. 6th St., died Sunday in his home. He was employed for 19 [sic] years as an accountant by the Duluth, Missabe & Iron Range Railway Co. and was active in Little League Baseball, bowling, basketball and softball, and formerly played semi-professional baseball in Southern Minnesota. He was a member of St. James Catholic parish and the Brotherhood of Railway, Airline and Steamship Clerks. Surviving are his wife, Donna Mae; three sons, Brian, Kevin and William, and a daughter, Donna Rae, all at home; his mother and step-father, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Torba, Proctor; a brother, Robert B., Proctor; two sisters, Mrs. Edward Szymialis and Mrs. Steve Salgy, Orem, Utah; three step-brothers, Cecil and Raoul Torba, Proctor, James Torba, Grants, N.M.; and a step-sister, Mrs. Jack Frost, Milwaukee.
