Lane, Joseph M. "Joe" age 72 of Delano, formerly of the Lake Minnetonka area. Former teacher and coach at Minnetonka Schools. Preceded in death by parents, Roy and Irene Lane. Survived by son, Michael (Genevieve) Lane; life partner, Jan Nelson; grandson, Carson Lane and his mother, Heather; granddaughter, River Lane; sister, Linda (Joel) Hanson; nieces, nephews & cousins. Memorial service Saturday, July 8, 2017 at 2 pm at Minnetonka High School, (student union space), 18301 Hwy. 7, Minnetonka (612-760-1392). A visitation will take place for one hour prior to the service. Reception following the service. Private family interment.
