Dave Anderson struck out 11 to pitch Two Harbors to a 6-3 victory over Proctor in a six-inning high school baseball game at Carlson Memorial field in Proctor yesterday. He won a pitching duel with Bill Bort, who fanned 10 but gave up home runs to Don Norlen and Virgil Hopkins. The game was the first of the season for both teams. Proctor will be host to Cloquet next Monday and Cromwell on Thursday.

The Two Harbors high school baseball team won their first game of the season last Thursday when they defeated the Proctor Rails 6-3 in a game played at Carlson Memorial field, Proctor.

Agate pitcher Dave Anderson struck out 11 men in the six-inning game while Proctor's pitcher, Bill Bort, fanned 10 Agates but gave up homers to Don Norlen and Virgil Hopkins.

The Agates scored four runs in the first inning and two in the fifth while the Rails got two in the second and one in the fifth.

Both teams made one error and the Agates had five hits to Proctor's four.
