The Proctor high school baseball team lost its second game of the year to Cathedral high school of Duluth. Although coming out on the short end of a 5-3 count, the Proctorites out hit the men from Cathedral. The battery for Proctor was Ronnie Ron Main, pitcher, and Wayne Johnston, catcher. Main did a splendid job in his first mound duty of his career. He gave up four scattered hits, while walking four and striking out seven.
