Rails Take Fourth Straight Win; Enter Tourney Tuesday

...On Friday of last week the high school nine made it three in a row by beating Hermantown, 10-5, at the latter's field.

The Rails scored first, getting one run in the top of the first, only to see the Hawks tie it up in their half of the inning. Proctor got two more runs in both the second and third innings and were ahead the rest of the way. Hermantown looked like they may make a game of it by getting three runs in the last half of the fourth, making the score 5-4, but that was as close as they came.

Dale Erickson went all the way on the hill for Proctor, getting credit for the win...
