Mike Miller's ninth inning sacrifice fly drove in the winning run as Central nudged Proctor 5-4 Tuesday at Wade Stadium.
Proctor had taken a 4-3 lead in the top of the ninth on a run-scoring single by Jay Nelson but Central tied it when Scott Claus drew a bases-loaded walk before Miller's winning sacrifice.
[Proctor] pitcher Mike Grover went all the way for the [Rails] giving up five hits with [12] strikeouts. Dave McCuskey had two hits for Central while Dale Nikko had two hits for Proctor.
