Nik Peterson tossed a 3-hitter and fanned seven batters as Proctor downed Cathedral 5-1 in a Lake Superior Conference game.

Dan Cochran had two of the Hilltoppers' three hits and scored their only run.

Proctor collected four hits to raise its league record to 3-1.
