Tony Dincau hit a two-run homer in the first inning and drove in two more runs on a single in the third as Proctor downed Silver Bay 10-1 Monday at Egerdahl Field.

The Mariners, dropping to 2-3, scored their lone run on a solo homer by Cory Thomas in the fourth inning.

Ray Miles was the winning pitcher, giving up eight hits and striking out nine.

The Rails, 4-2, got seven hits off losing pitcher Neil Mellesmoen and Brad Johnson, who pitched the last inning.
