Proctor's Miles fires three-hitter, strikes out 11 Troy batters in 3-1 win

Ray Miles threw a three-hitter and struck out 11 as Proctor defeated Central 3-1 in Lake Superior Conference baseball Tuesday at Wade Stadium.

Proctor scored two of its runs on errors and a third on a passed ball. Central scored its only run a passed ball. John Facciotto was the losing pitcher despite giving up only three hits in 6 1/3 innings of work. He struck out four.
