Randy Fietek opened Proctor's scoring with a two-run home run in the first inning and the Rails went on to win a Lake Superior Conference game at Proctor.
The Rails, 3-5, completed their scoring in the third inning, getting two runs on Mark Kieren's single.
Steve Makitalo pitched a four-hitter for the win, losing his shutout when John Spry singled the Mariners' only run in the seventh inning.
