Grand Rapids sweeps Proctor

GRAND RAPIDS -- Brett Holum won two games in relief as Grand Rapids swept Proctor 3-2 and 11-1 Saturday in a non-conference high school baseball doubleheader.

Jack Kinnunen drove in the winning run in the sixth inning of the first game. Todd Hunter had two hits and two RBI for [Rapids], 6-2.

The second game ended after five innings under the 10-run rule. Kirk Rubado had a double, a single and two RBI for Grand Rapids and Kurt Yelle and Brian Anderson had two RBI for Grand Rapids.

Proctor falls to 5-3.
