Duane Walters went 3-for-3 with a double and two RBIs and Scott Sterbenz added two hits and one RBI to lead host Hibbing to a non-conference victory over Proctor.

Jason Rasch, in relief of starter Sterbenz, picked up the win. The Bluejackets improved to 12-4.

For Proctor, Brian Peterson had a solo home run and Troy Warren went 3-for-4.
