The Hawks (13-2) had an easy time with the visiting Rails as Chris Adams and Gus Engstrom both drove in three runs in the LSC win.

Engstrom had three hits, Mitch Petcoff had two and scored three runs and Kyle Bolander chipped in with two RBIs.

Winner Ross Peterson tossed a five-hitter, one a double by Dan Solarz, who scored Proctor's run.

On Thurs., May 20, the Rails traveled to Hermantown, where they struggled to put just one run on the scoreboard.

Hermantown scattered runs throughout the game.
