Esko had 15 hits in a six-inning win over Proctor in the Section 7AA tournament in Virginia. Brian Lewis, Joe Plinski and Mike Burgess each had three hits for the Eskomos.

Winning pitcher Allen Schmidt threw a three-hitter with seven strikeouts.
