Home runs power Proctor

Derek Parendo hit a grand slam and Brian DeDominces added a three-run home run as Proctor defeated Silver Bay 15-2 Tuesday in a Lake Superior Conference high school baseball game at Proctor.

Brent Bordson, Scott McLeod and Cory Ward each had two hits for the Rails, 3-0. Bryce Sjoquist allowed three hits in five innings for the win.

Jeremy Pruse was 2-for-2 with a triple for Silver Bay, 0-4.
