St. Cloud Apollo tournament

Proctor opened its season by going 2-0 Saturday in the St. Cloud Apollo tournament.

Josh Schubitzke was 4-for-5 with four RBIs and Brady Peterson was 4-for-4 with two RBIs as Proctor defeated Princeton 17-9.

Anthony Bush pitched four innings to get the win. Jeremy Hennessey was the losing pitcher.
 

Schubitzke allowed two hits over five innings and struck out four in the Rails' 9-2 win over Minneapolis Edison.

Kelly Hanna had a two-run triple and Schubitzke was 2-for-2 for Proctor, which scored five runs in the bottom of the sixth.
