Cloquet shuts out Proctor

Cloquet's baseball team beat Proctor 11-0 Thursday to pick up a Lake Superior Conference road win.

Eric Hagen allowed three hits and struck out seven as the Lumberjacks won in five innings.

Matt Brenner had three hits and Adam Stowell had two RBIs, while Charlie Kosloski hit a home run in the fifth for Cloquet (4-6).

The Rails next hosted Cloquet. The Lumberjacks opened with a two-run inning and six in the second for the 8-0 lead.

Ryan Anderson had two hits in two trips to the plate, while Bud Brandon Tessier had a solo hit in two at bats.
