Hunters rattle Proctor
Senior left-hander Dan Stano fired a two-hitter and struck out 13 in Denfeld-Morgan Park's 3-1 Lake Superior Conference baseball win over Proctor Thursday at Wade Stadium.
Stano, who drove in the Hunters' first run with a double in the first inning, led off the sixth with a double and scored on a triple by Scott Pearson.
The Rails' run came on a sacrifice fly in the fourth inning, scoring Mark Slattengren.
The Hunters are now 4-0; Proctor is 0-1.
