Junior Luke Beresford had three hits and drove in three runs as the Greyhounds prevailed in an LSC game at Ordean Field.

Kyle Gustavson yielded 14 hits to East (6-8), including two each to Chuck Norris, Seth Marsolek and Jeff Jasperson.

Winning pitcher Dave Viljaste threw a complete game and received defensive help from third baseman Weston Tardy, who had five putouts.

Proctor had nine hits -- three by Adrian Gonzalez, who had two RBIs. Erin Thompson added an RBI double.
