Wild Pitch Puts Proctor Past Eveleth

A wild pitch in the top of the seventh allowed Proctor to edge Eveleth 6-5 in high school baseball action Saturday.

Curt Hanson doubled and scored on Bill Moen's two-bagger to make the score 5-2. Terry Egerdahl singled Moen to third who then scored on the wild pitch giving the Rails a 6-2 lead which they needed as Eveleth put three runs across the plate in their half of the last frame.
