Proctor defeated Duluth Cathedral 4-3 in non-conference high school baseball Thursday. Lonnie Rousse hurled three perfect innings for the Rails before he was hit on the elbow by a pitch. He played second base the rest of the way. [Warren Sletten] [sic] finished up for Proctor and received credit for the victory.
